Kenya Moore’s New Baby Girl Brooklyn ‘Has a lot of Hair’

Fans still don’t know what Kenya Moore’s baby girl looks like but her pal Kandi Burruss does and she’s sharing some details.

During a sitdown with The Daily Dish Monday, Nov. 5, Burruss gave some insight on how she thinks her former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star will fair as a mom to baby Brooklyn Doris Daly, whom Moore shares with husband Marc Daly.

“I feel like Kenya’s gonna be an amazing mother. She loves kids — that’s all she ever talked about up until this point,” Kandi told the blog a day after Moore gave birth via emergency cesarean section to her 5 lbs. and 12 oz baby. “So now she has a new baby girl to just love on all day, use all her Kenya Moore haircare [products on], ’cause this baby has a lot of hair. And she’s in a great place. [She and Marc] are truly in love. I actually hang with them outside of the show, no cameras around. This has nothing to do with TV — she’s happy and I’m happy to see it.”

Moore welcomed Brooklyn into the world three weeks earlier than her Thanksgiving Day due date due to a complication she had during her pregnancy. Moore had preeclampsia, a condition characterized by high blood pressure.

“I made fun of my swollen feet at @cynthiabailey10 party. Next day my tests came back for possible preeclampsia… I gained 17 lbs in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine,” Moore said in an Oct. 27 Instagram post. “This is NOT normal!

“I took more tests. Baby is fine but if they come back higher #babydaly will have to come same day,” she added. “Staying positive. To my pregnant sisters please go to your visits and tell the doctor of any drastic changes. Thank God I have great doctors.🙏🏾 #babydaly #highrisk #love #family #miraclebaby #kenyamoore #babybump #pregnantover40.”

Just days later, Moore confirmed that test showed she did indeed have preeclampsia and would need to be induced into labor.

“Tests confirmed I do have preeclampsia today,” she said on her Instagram Story Oct. 31. “I will have to deliver #babydaly early but I’m being closely monitored to determine when. Thank you for all your love and well wishes❤️.”
